Our clients’ systems range from a single Macintosh computer to Mac networks integrated into larger PC corporate systems. We have expanded our knowledgebase as client needs have changed in the graphic design community to include internet/intranet/e-mail, digital cameras, other peripherals, and website design and support.
Some of our clients are on regular maintenance schedules to keep their systems operating at peak performance and downtime to a minimum. This keeps us actively involved with your system setup and enables us to troubleshoot much more quickly and efficiently.
Speaking of backups – everyone has lost important data because they hadn't backed up often enough. We will help you set up and maintain an on-sight back system so this doesn't happen to you. As part of our maintenance program, we offer regular backups that are stored off-sight – in case a real disaster strikes.
Tiger, Leopard, Snow Leopard – what’s with all these scary big cats? We know just how to tame them! We can upgrade your old operating system and make recommendations about upgrading hardware (that’s computers, backup systems and printers) so you can keep current on all your software applications. We even offer training on the new system and all major software applications - the complete Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Bridge, Acrobat Pro, Dreamweaver and Flash), as well as Quark XPress, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Entourage) and Filemaker Pro.
All of our training is custom, in your offices on your equipment – so it's you (and your people) and the instructor. We move at your pace and talk about what you need to get done. If we hit something you know you'll never use, we can move on. But if something important doesn't make sense, we can go back and walk you through it another way. We can also work on live projects if you prefer, once the basics are out of the way. It's the most effective training method we've found, and it enables us to get a lot done in a much shorter period of time. If you want just an hour or two, that's fine. We usually have a Q&A session at the end so we can be sure we covered everything. We work with you every step of the way so you get the most out of your system with the least amount of down time.
